We are pleased to release the ClearContext ActiveWords agent. Download and run the application to integrate basic ClearContext functions with ActiveWords scripting. Trigger 'clearcontext' to see static pre-defined activewords and 'ccwizard' to create ActiveWords customized with your ClearContext topics. **The ccwizard function is not currently working with ActiveWords v1.95. By using ActiveWords in conjunction with ClearContext, you spend less time managing email messages and more time focusing on email content. The ActiveWords ClearContext Agent allows you to:
- Create custom ActiveWords that proactively categorize and prioritize your email conversations
- File an email message or message thread into the associated ClearContext Topic Folder without taking your hands off the keyboard
- Start a new Outlook message with a category (or 'topic') and/or priority proactively assigned to it. All future email messages in that email thread will be automatically categorized and prioritized
- Create time-saving ActiveWords shortcuts for all aspects of email management, ensuring that you process email faster and smarter

Please note that many of the functions that this agent provides are not available if you use Microsoft Word as an editor for open messages. To turn off Word as an editor, select Tools > Options > Mail Format and uncheck "Use Microsoft Office Word..."
