Manual TWC Initialization

If your TWC views weren't initialized, perform the following to install TWC version of the product:

  1. Close Outlook
  2. Download twc_brand_init.zip
  3. Open the zip file
  4. Run twc_brand_init.reg from the zip file
  5. Select "Yes" to the warning "Adding information can unintentionally change or delete values and cause components to stop working correctly."
  6. Follow directions here to force setup to run.
  7. Open Outlook
