If you installed IMS v3.1.0 or greater (see ClearContext > About) and the TWC views were not initialized, perform the following to install TWC views:
- Close Outlook
- Download twcviewinitialization.zip
- Open the zip file
- Run twcviewinitialization.reg from the zip file
- Select "Yes" to the warning "Adding information can unintentionally change or delete values and cause components to stop working correctly."
- Open Outlook
