Registering IMS after Purchase

To complete registration of ClearContext after purchase, manually enter your registration key via the process below.

1. If you have not done so already, download and install ClearContext. If you previously installed ClearContext, you do not need to re-install to register.

2. Open the ClearContext About screen from within Outlook via ClearContext > About:

3. Verify that the major version number you are running matches the version you purchased. For example, the version number listed below (v4.5.2) should be reflected as "ClearContext Professional -Full v4" on the order confirmation:

4. Click the Enter Key button on the About screen:

5. In the Registration dialog, enter your Registered User Name and Registration key exactly as they appear in the order confirmation email. Please ensure that you do not add a space to either end of the key or alter the case or name in the Registered User Name field:

6. Click OK on the Registration key. If you followed the directions above, you should receive the following. You may be instructed to restart Outlook to enable full ClearContext Pro functionality:

If you receive a message stating that the key is invalid, please re-verify that you are running the correct ClearContext version and that you have entered name and key exactly as they appear in the confirmation letter, duplicating case, title and ensuring that you have not accidentally added a space to the beginning or ending of the registration key.

7. Click OK and the About screen will reflect your newly registered status:

8. Click OK and restart Outlook if you were asked to at the Registration confirmation screen.
