Remove RelatedView Registry Keys

After ClearContext is installed:

1. Close Outlook
2. Download and open remove_relatedview.zip
3. Run remove_relatedview.reg from within the zip file
4. Grant permission to modify your registry

Once complete, this will remove all references to the RelatedView form region.
