ClearContext Advanced Tutorials

 

Quickly convert your exisitng folders into Topic folders by either dragging them into your ClearContext Topics folder or renaming the root location for the ClearContext Topics folder. For more detail watch this video.

 

 

Many of us struggle with Exchange Mail File size limits imposed by our corporate Exchange Administrators. Use ClearContext to automatically file processed messages out of Exchange and into a Personal Folders file to avoid this issue. Watch this video for a demonstration.

 

 

This video doesn't talk about ClearContext functionality. What it does do is give some tips on maintaining your mail file using native Outlook utilities such as Compact, ScanPST, Archive, etc...
